Nok was born in Bangkok, Thailand, in the very busy area of Sukhumvit Road.
Her mother was a chef and ever since Nok can remember as a little girl, she would get up at around 5 am and go to the local fresh food markets to help her mother buy ingredients for the days cooking. After arriving home, she would start cooking for hours before school, then continuing being taught the finer art of Thai cooking after school at the family home then into the evening at her mother’s restaurant.
This started her love of food and cooking which continues stronger than ever today.
Nok has been on the Gold Coast for over 20 years and has now settled in beautiful Mermaid Beach, and continues her passion for hospitality.
She has taught students in her cooking classes and operated and managed several food businesses both in Australia and Thailand, including a Thai restaurant in the middle of crazy Bangkok,
Her current venture brings together her love of food (eating), cooking and hospitality which she hopes to share as much as possible with others.
